I am thoroughly convinced that Tuesdays and Thursdays are going to be torturous. Today has been that way so far. I found out that I have to spend at least another $80 for my photography class. Thank God part of that can wait until the middle of the semester. And thank GOD that my camera is the right kind. Prof. Kihata seems very nice and has a decent sense of humor.
The Java City that used to be by the bookstore is now in SE. Not only does that suck because it's so far from any of my classes but they jacked up the prices. My little cafe mocha now costs almost $3! Friggin coffee Nazis! I still bought it anyway but carried it all the way back to one of the little nooks by the bookstore so I could at least sit in a comfy chair. While I was sitting there, this middle aged woman parked herself in one of the seats next to me and we talked for about an hour.
Another genious moment: I spent half an hour sitting in a class only to realize it was the wrong one. Grrr. >|X Oh well. The upside to the story is that I realized that I could return the 10 lb. book I bought. Yay! Perhaps the $99.38 I got back from it will cover my photography supplies. Wouldn't that just be great?!
After my next class I get to race my ass home, change my clothes, and go straigt to work. I might even be able to grab a PBJ sandwich on my way out. Woo hoo. So tastey. Beats going hungry, I guess.
I want to plan a Halloween party again this year...kinda like the one we had last year. Just a bonfire, some munchies, and people in costumes. Maybe we can throw in a hay ride. What dost thou think?
I guess I'm off to my REAL art class now. TTFN!
